Tsunami

Helping you catch the wave

The following provide brief information on the main services of Tsunami. See Training Courses for specific in-house programmes offered.

Service List

A successful strategy should be simple, target focused and widely communicated. It should be devolved throughout the organisation with each person knowing how he/she can contribute to it.

Tsunami can help you analyse the environment to look for opportunities; review your strengths and define the competencies of the organisation; prioritise opportunities in relation to your competencies; define the financial and other resources requirements to meet strategic targets; and put in place a planned activity programme to deliver results.

Developing a coherent strategy

Working in partnership with other companies is becoming increasingly important in order to access new markets or to provide the range of services that customers are demanding. Unfortunately, successful partnerships are rare, with over 70% failing to deliver.

Tsunami has developed a structured process to facilitate collaboration. This guides the organisation through a number of steps, including strategic analysis, project identification, partner selection, partnership formation, project implementation and review.

Collaborative partnerships

Tsunami has a long history of setting up and managing EU projects on behalf of organisations. The success rate of our applications is over four times the average.

We will help you define project opportunities for your company, identify suitable programme calls, source partners across Europe, draft the proposal and liaise with EU and national contact points.

Where applicable, we can help source funding for proposal development through the Enterprise Ireland Feasibility Fund.

R&D partnerships / EU programmes

Tsunami provides development facilities for the generation of on-line training content.

This includes advice on subject matter content and structure, instructional design and development, voiceover scripting and delivery.

The training content can be delivered as stand-alone modules or can be integrated into a facilitated course, either distance learning or face-to-face, and can also be implemented as part of accredited courseware.
